Reset your password

To reset password on the KAREWatch™ MG app:
  1. Select “Forgot Password".
  2. Input your registered 'email address. 
  3. Select 'Get V-code'. A verification code will then be sent to your email address.
  4. Input the verification code to its field, and select 'Next.'
  5. You will then be asked to input your new password. 
  6. Now, you can log in using your registered email address and new password.
