Placing Orders

1. When placing an order for KAREWatch™ MG, visit www.KAREWatch.com, and proceed to checkout.
2. Input your correct Contact and Shipping Address details. 
3. Select an option to purchase KAREWatch™ MG with a one-time payment or in a 3-month installment.
4. Select a payment method. Make sure to input the correct details of your card or your Paypal account.
5. Review your order summary, and choose Pay. 
6. Go to your registered email inbox to check if you have successfully received your Order Confirmation.

Subscription to Premium Package

 The Premium Subscription will be activated after 30 days from delivery date. 

Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

When you purchase a KAREWatch™ MG, you are entitled to a 30-day Money Back Guarantee for the return or replacement of the device from the date of your purchase. The returns, replacements, and refunds are handled case by case according to consumer policy and will depend on the extent of the device issues.

Subscription Cancellation

To cancel your KAREWatch™ MG subscription-30, chat with us at help.KAREWatch.com, or call us at 855.932.KARE, and our support executives will assist you on your cancellation. The confirmation of your cancellation request will then be emailed to you for your reference.
