Fall Notification

Enable Fall Notification to alert family members of the quick movement met with a sudden stop. 'Fall Notifications with Call' requires that 'Fall Notifications' is also switched on.

Please note that fall detection of KAREWatch™ MG does not detect 100% of falls.

Switch on Fall Notifications on your KAREWatch™App.

  1. On your KAREWatch™ App, go to 'Fall Notifications'
  2. Toggle on (green) the Fall Notification setting. 
  3. Toggle on (green) the Emergency Fall Call.
  4. Set Fall Sensitivity level. The recommended lowest fall sensitivity level is 6.
  5. Then, 'Save'.


Fall Notification calls require SOS emergency contacts to be entered in the SOS feature and will dial the SOS contacts in sequential order until someone answers.

KAREWatch™ MG will attempt to call the first emergency, ring five times, then try to call the second number, and so on in two full cycles (six call attempts) before terminating.
